Privacy
Our Privacy Policy is simple. We do not share, give, or sell customer information to anyone. Period. Any customer information obtained from this website is used solely to process your order.

Orders
We do not have a minimum order requirement at this time. Due to order processing expenses, orders under $10.00 will be charged a small order fee of $2.00.

We do not accept International orders at this time.

Payment
Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Discover Card and American Express.
PayPal.
Cashiers Checks and Money Orders.
Personal and business checks are also accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days to process orders paid by check. A $30.00 service fee will be charged for all returned checks.
Shipping
All orders are shipped within 24 hours, with the exclusion of larger equipment items which are usually shipped within 2 to 5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Prices
Trina’s Rock Shop is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions. We do our very best to make sure all pricing and information is correct. Should an error be found while filling your order, we will contact you for approval before processing your order. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You may return any/all items within 14 days of receiving your order. All items returned must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged and in sellable condition and a copy of your invoice must be included with your return.  We do not credit or refund shipping charges. Return shipping cost and insurance is the customers responsibility.  Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery.  A 15% restocking fee will be charged for items returned after the 14 day period. Special order items and used equipment are not returnable.

If you receive an order that is damaged in transit, you must contact the delivering carrier and then notify us so we may file a claim. Be sure to save all cartons and packaging material until inspection of damage is made by carrier.

We have moved! We are now located at 1812 Columbus Rd in Deming, NM. If you are familiar with our old store, we simply moved up the road from our old store. We are now .2 mi south of Florida Street.
